Q&A with Cole
Where is your favorite place in town to eat, and what do you get there?
Honestly, my own kitchen. I enjoy cooking meals for my family, and where else can I get a meal that’s cooked exactly how I like it? But if I had to pick a restaurant it would be Green Papaya. Can’t go wrong with a giant bowl of pho.
Who is your hero, and why?
This is a good and tough question. With so many people in my life that I look up to, it makes it hard to choose one. I’m going to have to give that honor to my son. My son is willing to dream and actually start to work towards that dream, unafraid, without any past experiences telling him it can’t be done. That is something I look up to, and strive to do myself.
What draws you to the lending industry?
I was tired of the corporate rat race. I wanted to be directly in control of my income, and have the flexibility to be there for important family moments. It just so happens that helping people achieve their dreams is a side effect of me achieving mine.
What does your dream Saturday look like?
Sleeping in for sure. Hitting the gym with the boys, then hanging out with my family. I’d have to sneak in some anime at some point too.
